Bikini body 👙🌿 I'm sure we've all had that feeling where you're feeling cute at the beach but then you sit down and all of a sudden feel insecure and don't know how to sit without your tummy feeling oddly too exposed. The other day I went to the beach and would have slight moments where I felt like people were looking at my tummy and these feelings of insecurity where I wanted to hide my tummy because "it didn't look good" sitting down. But I realised that I was being silly and ruining my time at the beach and not enjoying it fully just because of this small silly thing. You really shouldn't feel that way! Everyone looks like this when they sit down! Nobody is judging you and even if someone was then that's a reflection of their inner insecurities, not yours. You are not fat. We all have fat, especially on our tummies and it's completely normal. And that fat does not make you worth any less as a person! Nobody has abs or a flat tummy 24/7 when they sit down. Don't let this idea ruin your time because it's completely normal! If you want to wear a bikini, then wear it cause life's too short not to wear what you want!! You look amazing so wear it with confidence and you'll radiate beauty! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bikinibody #bodypositive #lawofattraction #beachtime #insecurities #bodyposi #fitnessmotivation #positiveenergy #manifest #bodyfat #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodyacceptance #selflove #bopowarrior #allbodiesarebeautiful #fitnessjourney #weightlossjourney #bopo #vegansofig #veganfitness #bbg #positivethinking #positivelife #positivemind #loveyourself #youareenough #youmatter

Nevystihujú vás a už vôbec nevystihujú vašu osobnosť.“ Na tomto príspevku získala Sara takmer 15 tisíc lajkov. Nie je dôležité to či máte perfektné telo. Ste perfektní takí, akí ste.

Siting down sucking in vs sitting down and relaxing ☺️🌿 I used to be so self conscious about my fat showing while I sat down. I'd always suck it in and wear high waisted jeans while trying to hold that posture when I noticed people were looking at me 🙈 but you know what?! Who cares! We all have fat, it's perfectly normal and okay! We need that fat layer on our tummies to protect our vital internal organs. You can still be fit/healthy and have fat! It's an absolutely normal thing that you should not be ashamed of! So next time you sit down and see that protective layer, thank it for saving you from not dying 😬 But in all seriousness, you don't need a "flat tummy" to be beautiful, you don't need to waste your energy sucking in your tummy! Humans come in all different shapes and sizes and regardless of that you are beautiful. It's your body, do whatever makes you happy and comfortable, if that means wearing high waisted jeans, then wear high waisted jeans! Don't let anyone tell you what you should and shouldn't wear or do to make your body "better". Because you're beautiful and unique the way you are now!! I hope you guys have a lovely Friday and an amazing weekend, I'll be flying on a plane to Finland tonight! ❄️🌲 Sports bra from: @movebytwenty3

Thank you 💕🌿 I flew to South Africa yesterday and when I landed I saw that I have 100k followers 😳 firstly I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Thank you for allowing me to have this platform to spread the body positive and self love message. Thank you for constantly supporting me, which in turn has also allowed me to grow as a person. You guys are the best and I appreciate all your comments and messages so much 💕 I just felt like making a little story time post about my instagram journey so far (swipe to see) ☺️ So this has always been my only instagram, I began posting on here in 2014 with photos of my personal life when I used to have crazy colored hair and would post photos of random things (2014). Then around 2015 I posted my first progress photo after I started doing BBG workouts and decided to keep posting fitness related photos of my progress until late 2016. I don't think there is anything wrong with posting your progress or having a fitness instagram btw, you should share and show off your hard work! But for me it became less and less of a hobby to post these types of photos and felt like I wasn't telling the truth by posting these photos all the time because that wasn't what I looked like 24/7, so I decided to use this platform to post body positive and self love photos and that's what's brought me to where I am now. I never imagined that I would be posting my biggest insecurities online but thats how life needed up working out and I love it so much because I love hearing how much it helps people when I share these posts! I hope you guys liked that little story time 😬 I'm so excited to see what the future brings! Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a lovely weekend!! ☀️🌴 —————————————— . . . #enjoythejourney #thankyou #100k #bopo #selflove #positivelife #lawofattraction #fitnessjourney #allbodiesaregoodbodies #youareamazing #bebrave #trustyourself #bodypositivity #staytruetoyourself #behumble #nonegativity #pasttopresent #loveyourlife #dowhatmakesyouhappy #liveyourbestlife #createyourownhappiness #choosehapiness #attitudeofgratitude #liveinthemoment #findyourself #embracelife

Instagram vs real life 💁🏼🌿 If I saw the photo on the left a year ago I would've instantly thought so negatively about my body, that all my hard work from working out was non existent, that if someone looked at me they would've never thought I've been working out for 2 years and think I wasn't trying hard enough. But the thing is is that all bodies look different. Nobody's booty looks round and peachy from all angles. Nobody's body looks the same from all angles. Don't eat less or miss out on your favorite meals/drinks or over exercise to "look good for a holiday" or to "look good in bikini photos" because there will always be angles that are "unflattering" that might make you feel bad when you see them. Instead workout and eat healthy because it makes you feel good, not as a punishment. Start loving and accepting your body at all angles with all your "flaws", instead of trying to fit into societies image of 'beauty' because that image isn't inclusive of all individuals, which is so messed up. Don't hate yourself just because of bad photos, they do not define you as a person. You look the best when you're living life to the fullest and happiest. There's no point in missing out on things and stressing yourself out so much. Life isn't meant to be a competition on who can look the best and we should normalize not having to "look perfect" all the time because it's a ridiculous concept. You are perfect the way you are 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #instagramvsreallife #beforeandafter #lawofattraction #bodypositive #bekindtoyourself #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #veganbooty #youareenough #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #vegansofig #girlswhoworkout #selflove #youarebeautiful #veganfitness #loa #fitnessjourney #bopo #bodyacceptance #bodyconfidence #effyourbeautystandards #bepresent #justbe #moderation #balanceddiet #staypositive #thinkpositive

Clothing size 👖🌿 I noticed that I have so many different sized clothing and we give clothing size so much importance lately and it's weird. Clothing sizes have the ability to make us feel bad about ourselves when we've gone up a size and feel good when we've gone down a size. Why is this a thing 🤷🏻‍♀️ before I used to always wear a European (EU/EUR) size 34 and once I started putting on weight and started strength training I've gone up to a EU pants size 38. I remember the first time I had to buy a size 38, I felt so upset. I let that size define me and thought that going up a size made me less attractive 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I've realised that it actually doesn't matter at all. I shouldn't let these things upset me and I should wear clothing that fits me and makes me feel comfortable. There's no point squeezing and not being able to breathe in a smaller size just to say I wear that size. I've noticed that different materials on clothing will fit differently regardless of size, as you can see in this picture. Don't let clothing sizes dictate how you feel because they do not define you in any type of way!!! We all have different body shapes, so wear whatever you want that makes you feel comfortable and happy! Ignore all the things in media that say drop X amount of dress sizes in X amount of weeks, because they're silly. Just because someone wears a smaller size than you doesn't make them a better person or a more beautiful person. Clothing size doesn't define you. You are beautiful no matter what size you wear! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #sizes #wearwhatyoulike #wearwhatyoulove #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bodypositive #selfworth #youareworthy #youareenough #youarebeautiful #youarenotalone #bodylove #bodylove4all #allbodiesarebeautiful #bodyacceptance #effyourbeautystandards #clothingsize #effyourbodystandards #nobodyshame #selflove #loveyourbody #gratitude #lawofattraction #loa #selfawareness #personalgrowth

Beauty 🌿 This idea of beauty we have currently Is so odd. Who decides what's beautiful? It's not some checklist that you go through and suddenly can qualify for. Should one have flawless skin, a lean body and groomed body hair to be considered beautiful? No. Because that idea of beauty is non existent. Nobody in reality has that 24/7. Beauty is not some elite group that only some people can join. I currently don't shave my leg or armpit hair because it's cold where I live, my skin is breaking out and I do not, nor ever will have a lean tummy with 0 skin folding or minimal amounts of fat. That's the reality. Yet some people constantly still judge each other and hate on each other for having these things. I see so much hate nowadays on social media and it makes me so upset. Please don't be one of those people that tears others down. What's the point. What do you gain from it? Does it make you feel better when you comment these things on people's posts? Do you ever think why? I'm sure everyone has something they're insecure about. So let's just make the world a slightly better place and STOP SENDING HATE COMMENTS because it's really not necessary to be rude. We all have our own problems to deal with and you never know what someone's going through, please consider that before you say things that could hurt someone. Also think about that when you say hurtful things to yourself. There's no point in being rude towards yourself. Learn to love yourself because you are an amazing person and you shouldn't be so hard on yourself. As long as you're doing your best, you're doing an amazing job. 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bopowarrior #bodypositivity #bodyimage #lovemybody #bodyhair #beyourownkindofbeautiful #armpithair #beconfident #hairyarmpit #selfloveisthebestlove #embraceyourself #selfesteem #beautystandards #tummy #hairy #loveyourself #ilovemybody #bikinibody #lawofattraction #personalgrowth #growthmindset #helpothers #bethechange

Booty pop 🍑🌿 I was scrolling through my old photos and came across these photos where I was trying to take one of those sandy bum pics 😬 I posted the right one back in January, but the left is the reality behind that photo ☺️ I still sometimes get a slight pang of sadness and jealousy when I see all the big beautiful bums on instagram and wish I could magically have what they have. Because sometimes I feel like all my booty gains are gone when I take photos where it looks smaller, but then I remember that I shouldn't compare my body to theirs. I have a great booty and so do they! It's all about posing/angles and nobody looks like that all the time. There's nothing wrong with posting a good photo of your booty, you should post it if you feel like it! Just remember that when you're scrolling through social media and see all the posed bums that you too have a great bum and that nobody looks like that 24/7 ☺️ It seems like big butts are the thing that so many people want currently. But remember that you don't need a big booty to be beautiful. All butts are good butts ☺️ All of our bodies are different and you don't need a specific body type to fit into what society defines as beautiful!! It's stressful and so messed up that body parts and types are going in and out of style- before it was being really thin, now it's having a big booty. That shouldn't be a thing. It causes so much stress and self hate to people who do not have these things. I know it's hard but instead of trying to obtain these things, love how you look now. Not how you'll look if you loose X amount of weight or get a bigger booty. Because trust me when you get to those things you'll just want something more. Be comfortable in your own skin no matter what angle, posed or unposed, and you'll radiate beauty! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #bopowarrior #bootypop #allbodiesaregoodbodies #bootyfordays #bootybuilding #instagramvsreallife #beforeafter #selfconfidence #youareyou #dontchange #acceptyourself #bodypositive #lawofattraction #everyoneisbeautiful #selflove #bepresent #findyourself #dontcare #cellulite #effyourbeautystandards

Dress for your body type 🙅🏼🌿 You know how you get articles that say "clothing to wear for your body type"? Yeah IGNORE THOSE CAUSE THEY'RE RIDICULOUS. You can wear anything you want no matter what body type. I know they're meant to be "guides" and not rules, but they do affect the way you judge what clothes make your body "more attractive". Because of these I've hated the way my body looks from the front in dresses or anything tight, because my boobs aren't big enough and I don't have an "hourglass" figure. Nobody has an hourglass figure. That's an object, women's bodies are not objects. So wear what you want!!! People can judge you all they want for the way you look. There's no point in listening to them. Cause if you feel good about something, go with it! Life's too short to constantly care about what people think, do what makes you happy! Live your life how you want, wear what you want, even if you don't look like everyone else, that's the beauty of it! You are you, and you are beauty queen 👸 Hope you all have a lovely weekend!! 🌴☀️ —————————————— . . . #lawofattraction #bodypositivity #bodyshape #wearwhatyoulike #lifeisgreat #dowhatyoulove #bootybuilding #bootybuilder #progressnotperfection #bodyimage #sweatwithkayla #bikinibody #vegan #vegansofig #girlswholift #girlswithmuscle #weightlifting #selflove #youarebeautiful #fitnessmotivation #screwthescale #weightlossjourney #beyou #beconfident #selfconfidence #embraceyourself #manifest #flaws #confidence

Instagram vs reality- booty edition 🍑🌿 On the left I'm sucking in my tummy and flexing my legs while doing the oh so well known booty pop pose to make my booty look bigger. And on the right I'm standing straight with my tummy and whole body relaxed, which is what my body looks like most of the time ☺️ I'm not trying to target anyone with this post, because I've done it in the past too, cause sometimes you wanna post your most flattering booty picture and that's okay! I just want to show you guys that what you see isn't always reality, so you shouldn't get caught up on comparing your booty to someone else's booty. But I know that's hard to just stop doing, lately I've been comparing my body to others (it happens to us all) and feeling like my booty has lost muscle and appeared smaller, because I always look at it from my straight standing, relaxed angle compared to all the posed booties I've been looking at. Butttt after taking this posed photo I've reminded myself that it really is just a matter of angles and bikini bottom/underwear positioning and I should love the body I have! So next time you start feeling bad about your body scrolling through instagram (or anywhere) just remember that we usually only share our highlights/best photos and your body is just as beautiful as the body you're comparing it to, so don't be so hard on yourself!! As the saying goes: "Another persons’s beauty is not the absence of your own". I hope this reminder helps and that you guys have a lovely, positive #friyay and a great weekend! 🌴☀️ PS my hair doesn't usually look like this- I just have an oil treatment in 😂 . . . Not a progress photo 🙅🏼 Since its #humpday I thought it would be appropriate to post a booty pic 🍑 I thought I'd show my booty from its normal straight leg standing position vs a posed booty pop position 😬 cause in a world where the Kardashian's bootys are so glorified, we need to remember that the photos we see of them and others aren't always reality. Their butts can't ALWAYS look that big from every angle 🤔 Same goes with photos on Instagram, we see them as goals and think we'll never be able to gain that much muscle or lose that much fat, but what you need to remember is that those photos you see are achievable, you can get to your goals, you can achieve anything with the right amount of determination, patience and effort! Don't think you can't because you're comparing a posed photo of a body to your everyday body. Use them as motivation but don't get too caught up on them. YOU are beautiful and can do anything you put your mind to. I hope you have an amazing day 🌴☀️
